Based in Singapore, we are a private investment office.
Our name “Kibo” refers to the highest peak on Mount Kilimanjaro, and represents a desire to try to do better, to aim for lofty outcomes. Its Japanese meaning is "hope" and symbolises optimism and that a positive difference can be made.
These values drive our culture and approach to principal investing.
In addition to public markets and real estate, we seek superior risk-adjusted returns in traditional private equity and in early-stage investments, notably in climate technology. Funds are also allocated to selective opportunities internationally that generate both financial and non-financial impact.
